Rabanne fashion delivers worldwide with the exception of Turkey.
 
We offer the following fast and secure delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (DHL will deliver between 3 to 6 business days). Only available for the following listed areas:

Europe and United Kingdom: complementary on orders above 100€/£/CHF
United States: complementary on orders above $800
Brazil: complementary on orders above R$125
 
If the order is not meeting the threshold Standard Delivery will be charged €10/£10/$10/ R$10/ CHF10 per transaction.
 

  • Express Delivery (DHL will deliver between 1 to 2 business days): €20/£20/$20 per order.”

    Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed before 11 a.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 11 a.m.

    Orders placed at weekends and on French bank holidays are dispatched within 24 business hours.

    Returns:

    Returns are free and available within 14 business days of receiving your product, 30 days if you ordered from Germany.

    To return your item(s):

    1.Access our Returns portal with your order number “PR-WW-XXXX” and your email.

    2.Select the items to be returned and the reason for return.

    3.Should it be required in the returns portal, please download all the documentation and enclose it outside the return parcel.

    4.Send us your package from your nearest DHL Express drop point: www.dhl.com

    We invite you to keep your shipment receipt in order to follow its delivery.

    If you are returning an Express order, please note this cost is not refundable.

    All returned items must be sent with the original Rabanne packaging, in perfect condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at the time of delivery. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted.

    All returns must be made from the country where the order was placed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase in a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return at the warehouse.

    If your return does not comply with the above conditions, it will automatically be returned to you at Rabanne's expense. For more information, please read our General Terms and Conditions of Sales.

    Warranty Information: All fashion products purchased from our online store come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.


    Refund Policy: Should you prefer a refund over a replacement in quality-related issues, we will offer it if the issue is reported within 90 days of the purchase date. To initiate a review of your case, please contact our consumer care service team with your order details, a description of the issue and pictures.


    Satisfaction Guarantee: If a quality-related issue arises after the initial 90-day period, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies as deemed suitable.
